Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) is an exciting school-wide intiative. It's a systematic, whole school approach to address problem behaviour and reduce its effects on student outcomes and on the school community as a whole. PBL encourages positive behaviour from students, which has been shown to improve their self-concept and motivation to learn. Ferncourt is in the process of implementing this framework. PBL was offically launched in Term 1, 2015 when our school PBL mascot, Fernie came to visit the students!
