Student Success
Our school produces excellent outcomes including NAPLAN test results showing our students, in Year 3 and Year 5, are consistently above state average in reading and numeracy.
Our Year 5 reading and numeracy ‘Check In’ results show a trend of an increase of 15 scaled points from the previous year.

Students have the opportunity to participate in School Band, School Strings Program, Festival of music programs, dance, drama, chess, PSSA sport and debating against other local schools.
We have a team of dedicated staff and cutting-edge resources helping students thrive across the curriculum.
Diverse community
Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds and there are 24 home languages for our students.
We offer students EAL/D support, specialist programs and our we run intervention programs for students needing assistance and for students who are high potential gifted and talented.

From the historic site of Ferncourt PS, quality education has been provided for over 100 years and our school remains committed to the achievement, growth, and wellbeing of all our students.
